Recent research proves that obesity (and even being moderately overweight) is a medical condition requiring medical attention. Carefully regimented appetite suppressant medications may also be the right start for some clients on their path to success.

The Day Plan: Commonly Asked Questions
How do I know if The Day Plan is for me?
At the outset, a medical provider will perform a complete medical history, physical examination, lab work and an EKG. These activities will help the team assess your current condition to determine how the program can best be adapted for your unique needs. These tests are also required at specified times throughout your weight management program.
How does The Day Plan work?
Through behavior modification, suggested menus, an exercise program and prescribed medications to fight hunger and cravings, our patients will develop life-long habits that help them eat healthfully and maintain their goal weight. Our goal is to help you lose weight and feel great!
Does the plan include meal plans?
We offer four meal plans. An individual program may include protein shakes that are a completely balanced protein supplement in conjunction with vegetables, or a program featuring meat, vegetables and fruit combinations.
Will I always need to take medication?
During the weight loss phase, patients usually take medication as long as they are showing a weight loss and feel fine. After reaching their goal weight, they will move into the maintenance phase of the program. During this phase they will be monitored and if weight is increasing, or eating habits feel out of control, the medical provider may decide to resume the medication phase of the weight management program.
